Chairperson's Bio

From a young age, I have been deeply inspired by the power of education—the way a single story can open new worlds, spark imagination, and transform the way we see ourselves and others. I believe that access to knowledge is more than just learning; it is a gateway to possibility, confidence, and opportunity for young minds. This conviction grew stronger during my studies in Sociology at Carleton University in Canada, where I explored how knowledge, culture, and education shape communities.

 

While my passion for expanding literacy remains central, I also recognize that true progress in education is inseparable from the health and well-being of the communities we serve. At Paran Social Impact, we therefore work across the twin pillars of education and health—from initiatives that nurture a culture of reading and learning to programs that strengthen community health and preventive care. By addressing these two interconnected areas, we aim to empower individuals and create the foundation for stronger, more resilient futures.
